nsr250s go good no match for the aprilia rs250s
lol 250.... mad
848 FTW! i love ducati's, you dont understand till you ride one.
R1's are good but just a bit peaky for me, gixxers are porn to ride, smooth, sticky, and you can get the ass out on exit without worrying its gunna bite.
who here actually owns a bike?
i own an "08" 848 duke and an "06 gsxr600"
i own that first gixxer i posted.
also got a little rs125 clapper that takes me to the shops
had an 04 model rm250, a honda rebel (LOL) was good for about 110kmh.
just want a 2 stroke 250 roadbike.
post-up bandits.
i've always like the look of ninja's.
my mates got a brand new black 250.
getting my bike learners in the new yr.
Owned a 98 rgv250 for about 3 years. Loved it, except for the internal g/box ratios for 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
Thinking about re-entering the frey but am undecided between a newer 600, or one of these.
The pics below are an MC21 NSR250 honda, fitted with Tyga fairing kits & go fast bits. Those who are into 250's would know, but as far as I understand, all nsr's were restricted and produced around 45bhp. My locally delivered rgv dyno'd at 57hp. The Aprilia engine is of course a massaged rgv engine, with revised power valve & ignition timing to improve the midrange. Hence the previous comment about NSR's being a little uncompetitive in the power stakes - and let's face it, none of the bikes have much power compared to a 600, and in open corners you get dusted driving out regardless of how much more corner speed you carry.
Anyhow, from memory the Tyga kits bring the NSR up to around 70bhp which is fairly awesome, given the 250gp bikes are around 90 I understand. Tyga also do kits for lots of other bikes.
heres a snippet. I think they look awesome, considering the actual bike is a 91model it looks very modern.
