what are you trying to do, mould for subs? or a mould over the stripped interior to make it look neat, or like getting the stock fabric panels re-covered
hay does any one have any pics of ae86 interiors... its just my new hatchi has a crappy interior and i am wondering if i can do anything with it like...... mabey getting a mould for the rear and putting fibro glass down..... hope i can get the pic i have seen b4

Just use flat fibreglass panels..
In Zoom no. 81 theres a orange 86 it's pretty good, it has custom dour trims... might help you i dunno....
funkdoc's hachi is filled with foam
may not be the look you are after but it fills all the holes in the boot and stuff
stiffens the chassis up a fair bit too
