    Wink

Do it, Don't be soft. You will break shit quickly if you do a dodgy locker, but done properly they can last ages.

I have 1. If ur poor like me, and cant afford a lsd just yet.... a locker is the best way out. I had mine done by a friend in Melbourne. He runs a locker in his 86 with his 4agze and came 3rd (if i remember correctly) at the first round of the fulllock drift comp in Melbourne earier this year.

The only down side i have had with it, is in the wet if i dont break traction before i turn in..... i can get really bad understeer. But i've learned to just try break traction earlier.

When my 86 was on the road, Its not that bad to do slow parking as most people say. (there probly just weak). but ur wheels will skip.

t-18 or oz spec??? because the t-18 axels are alot stronger than the oz specs..
mine is locked it is good fun but the down side of it is going around corners and listening to it... pretty anoying...

Mines currently a stock 86 diff. Though i have my t-18 diff/axle, i need to get that locked before i put that in.

The guy (Henn) that came 3rd at calder runs a locked t-18. I have his old 's' series locked diff. Never broke on him, though he did snap axles.

    Hello,

Yep I run a locker in the racecar.

We tried a LSD & a locker in back to back test's at Lakeside and there was nothing in it over 5 laps.

I could see an LSD being nice in the wet so that you can get the car to turn in a little better, but some Left foot braking will sort that out anyway

    Catch ya
