    Just completed it on the weekend, basically re-shelled all the gear from my old AE71 and fixed up a couple of other bits along the way.


    Here's a small gallery of some pics taken during the swap.


    Specs of the car now:

    -1981 KE70
    -AE71 crossmember, steering rack & column, dash cluster, dash loom, shifter surround, heater box, front body loom modified for KE70 headlights and indicators
    -TA63 Carina steering arms, suspension arms and struts converted to coilovers with Koni red inserts
    -Cusco cambertops
    -MA61 front brakes with slotted DBA rotor and EBC greenstuff pads
    -AE86 T series LSD disc-brake rear end with AE86 Levin tailshaft
    -S15 Brake Master Cylinder on AE71 booster
    -Whiteline front and rear swaybars, adjustable panhard rod, strut brace.
    -AE86 low king springs with KYB Gas commodore shocks in rear.
    -Watanabe 15x7 rims sandblasted, painted and lip polished. 195/50/15 Wanli directional tyres
    -Greddy electronic peak recall warning boost guage and electronic water temp guage moulded into dash cluster surround
    -Smallport 4age with manifold cut and shut for RWD, bigport flat-style rear sensor housing for firewall clearance
    -Standard Smallport clutch and flywheel with spigot bearing installed in crank
    -Smallport 4age starter motor.
    -Blitz K24 AE86 turbo kit with cast manifold and external gate
    -Trust FMIC with modified end tanks for cooler pipes and headlight clearnace
    -Mild steel mandrel bent, TIG welded cooler pipes
    -Blitz BOV
    -Cusco oil catch can
    -K&N Extreme airfilter
    -2.25" TIG welded Mandrel-bent exhaust with spiral resonator and offset-in/center-out rear muffler
    -Bosch external fuel pump running off AE92 GTZ fuel pump electronics (fuel pump relay, circuit opening relay, resistor etc)
    -Brass compression fittings on all steel fuel lines, flexible lines replaced with EFI hose
    -AE92 GTZ 4agze injectors, coils, CAS, ECU, ignitor etc running the show
    -Modified tacho drive board to work with 4agze ignitor (guide available)
    -Alarm, central locking and EFI wiring integrated into existing car looms
    -Davies Craig thermofan operating off AE92 fan relay installed in AE71 fuse box, actuated by AE92 fan switch in remote thermostat housing.
    -Reconditioned AE86 Radiator
    -modified AE92 accelerator cable
    -AE71 pedalbox installed
    -Autotechnica Steering wheel
    -Boot mounted battery

    Mods still to complete:
    -Installation of two Recaro seats
    -Fit AE71 doors with integrated side mirrors
    -Respray exterior in factory yellow with black doorframes
    -tint windows
    -Fit boost controller

    damn nice, im going to steel some ideas from that ive got a stock KE70 brake booster, can i use this for my SR20DET brake upgrade?? i didnt know what size the piston was inside the brake booster on a SR20DET one of a S13.

    Would look sweet after the respray but why the factory yellow?
