I think it will look fine once the door mouldings are back on, it just needs them to break up the black thats for sure.
But I cant wait to see this thing in action, its gunna b impressive to say the least

Apart from the flares, i cant see any other similarities. Front bar is different, side skirts are different, grills different etc.
It will look better once the side strips are on, but the stripe on the front bar is in the wrong place, so it just seems to not match.
Also i dont like wheels that style.
But other than that, it is a well turned out car. If it had the front bar orange stripe in the right place, and different wheels, i would give it 10/10. As it is now, it gets an 8, so its still pretty good.
PS, i give my own car a 3/10 on a good day

Steve obviously the strips on the side will make it look better, but it is still NOT right and it wont look anywhere near as good as the pic posted, if you cant see that your lost. But saying that it doesnt have to be exactly the same, as someone stated it will probably look tuff as once its all stickered up etc. so once its finished im sure all the doubters like myself will change their tune, if you're all ready on the bandwagon good on ya! save us a seat...

very well said, I'm sure that this argument can go on for ever. I'd definately have to say it is one of the better presented 86's in Australia, and definately agree with it not looking like the CBY car(CBY car shits on it).
Also have the power claims been achieved?, as my mate currently has the fastest Sprinter in australia (10.93@132.5mph) and is currently making the most power (466rwhp@20psi NIS25) for a sprinter. New motor goes in very soon and we should see hopefully 550hp+
