    Hi,
I'm planning to up size my entire fuel line to approx 8mm... (Due to a SR engine swap). Just like to know if any1 has upgraded theres and if they could explain the process?

    Cheers.

ah well its quite simple. Buy the lines u want, as long as its EFI line. Take the old shit ones out, put ur new efi ones in. More important is what pumps/surge tank u run and where these are located.

Apparently the one out of an EA/EB falcoon station wagoon is the way to go with the solid line...

Its 8mm and really straight, enabling you to do what you like with it.

A mate of mine has done this in his Voolysikasprinerleh and just run it along the inside edge of the chassis rails.

Then you cut it where you want it and run your rubber EFI hose.

    So SR20 now aye...

Personally, I wouldnt run rubber or even braided lines under the car. You have to get solid fuel lines bent up for the under carrage of the car. Go and see a quality fabrication shop who has experience in these type of mods such as Performance Metalcraft.

A burst or cracked fuel line will mostly likely burn you baby to the ground if there is contact with high temp, such as your exhaust.

yeah get some solid lines bent up and leak tested, fuel is something you don't want to be cost cutting with. With every rubber joint you use there's a possibilty of pressure buildup and stress etc. Braided lines maybe, but its way cheaper to go with solid lines.

get a pipe bender and make some , pretty easy to do, i helped a mate bend up pipes fot his Nos fogger system , about 8 of the bastards, and they had to twist and turn around strutbraces, carbies, solenoids.. if you can put a puzzle together shouldn't be too hard..to make it easy i think you should have 1 or 2 joins..as long as you use EFI fuel hose and good quality hose clamps.. you'll be fine.. you won't have to worry about a pressure burst or anything..
