i was under my car and realised that the chasis rails under car frm front to back are bent upwards. looks asthough it got dented hitting a speed hump real hard. i actually thought i screwed up my chasis somehow. then i thought:-

    1. if its because of impact, it should have a sharp edge. it was linearly rounded upwards (below front seats).

    2. impossible for me to bend both sides so perfectly the same.

    3. saw exactly the same bent thing in 2 other sprinters *sigh of relieve*

Ps. pls check under ur 86 so i know for sure thanks

Shouldn't this be in 'technical questions' section?

From the title and the section its in, i thought that u had discovered a 3rd chassis rail or sumshit.

    What a let down

lol they may be all like that but they didnt come like that factory. My last one was like that, and also had creases in the smaller rails further back. My current one is straight and has no chassis deformaties, I cant notice any difference in handling.

Maybe yours was done with wrong jacking or even a forktruck? (is it an import? )
