also thanks to Cass (D1_spec) for the help on tuesday! my young apprentice.. ha ha ha..
fitted my RCA's from T3 the other day..although Technotoytuning did provide instructions, i had to do a few little things to make it easier..
1.
loosen front wheels, jack car up and put car stands under (both front wheels in the air)
2.
remove wheels, and loosen not undo completely the inner control arm bolt 14mm nut and bolt from memory.
3.
undo the track/radius rod fom the control arm, same with the sway bar 12mm/10mm
4.
undo the 2 bolts that hold the strut to the control arm..knock the control arm off the strut with a rubber mallet or wooden handle of hammer..
5.
repeat this for both sides..
6.
slip the RCA's into position, and tap in place with rubber mallet/wooden handle NOT METAL HAMMERS PLEASE!, and fit with new bolts/washers provided in the kit..
*put both sides in before reassembling the swaybar etc..*
7.
assemble track rods, and sway bar to control arm..
*NOTE* it might be a bit hard to move the swaybar to the position, same with the lower control arm..the bushes have been wearing in the same position for too long you will notice it will be quite stiff..a bit of soapy water should help..
it would also be a good idea to get a wheel alignment asap after wards also..just to make sure things are all good!

Good Work boys. Cass works very hard at everything he does.
You should have title the thread......"The long way to put in RCA's"
Steps 2 and 3 are not needed.
You can hold down the control arm with a trolley pole or anything about that size (and strengh) by placing the end under the chassis rail and the middle above the control arm while using ur leg/body weight as leverage to push the control arm down. Saves alot time unbolting and bolting things back up.
Well thats the ghetto way of how i do it.
yeh belive me i tried..but the getto doesn't have the highest duro urethane bushes holding the shit still...
Haha, point taken.
yep he really takes those really difficult photos!! ha ha ha just jokin much appriciated, he removed most of my interior sound deadening with a heat gun, on a 40 deg day..warm?!
So have you noticed much of an improvement with the rca's? Just trying to figure out whether i should get some before my coilovers go in.
