    hey guys
Be very careful using exspensive sythetic oil in your old f***ed motor!
as all the detergents and cleaning agents will remove all of the carbon built up in your motor .
You may think this would be good untill you discover that those bits of carbon were what was stopping your engine from rattling you will also find that if you have any oil leaks and you go to full synthetic that oil will start pissing out

    cheers doug

Hahaha... I have a friend who called me complaining that his escort wasn't running. I asked him if he had done anything to it or whether it had just started running bad. He informed me that he hadn't done anything except top up the oil... what he didn't tell me is that he topped it up with 9 litres! He had just filled the engine up until it came pouring out the oil cap! When he tried to crank it it struggled really badly and sprayed oil all over the engine bay. Lucky for him that we could drain most of it out down to the correct level and then it was fine

man I would not liek to see you friend owning a hachi.

I change my oil every 3000-5000kms.

but because i have a after market computer and it tune to best power i can get for a 20v.

so everytime or every second time i go to drift day i change oil.

that is about 500-800kms every change.
    gtx3 are cheap anyway ($22 @ 5lts)

ive never really trusted penrite with their crazy vis. you cant go wrong with castrol toyotas love it, ive been using it for 6 years but with my new 100kw im gonna run a oil flush from nulon part no. EOL and then motul Power ive herd a lot of good things about it , they suggest for engines under 120,000 klms use turbolight and over that use power
