Is it my imagination or are clutches suddenly fuk off expensive?

I swear not 1 year ago i paid $170 for a heavy duty clutch and 2 years ago $200 for an execdy 4 puck with a flywheel (both clutches new)

Now i cant seem to find a heavy duty clutch for under $400... $500 if i want an excedy heavy duty (which is what i want)... and i need to buy two of the things...
Ill be dead and buried before i pay for $1000 worth of standard clutches...

Anyone know where to get them without having to sell a kidney?

i paid 300 including 30 for express post from nsw and throw out bearing. all from bursons. u guys need to haggle as my mate who had better contacts than me at bursons got his for just under 200 for the same kit

This is for the HD cusion button, one of their best clutches. Its not just the Heavy Duty organic or std button clutch.

i got a exedy heavy duty clutch through supercheap auto for $218.

this was just after christmas so not that long ago.

have you checked supercheap auto? they can get ALOT of stuff in, and clutches take about 1 or 2 days. id be checking them out mate!
