    Does anyone know what the base timing is meant to be on the 86 ???

    I take it we're talking about the 4AGE?
    10 degree BTDC @ 800 rpm

    yes, 4age....... i came up with 10 BTDC as well

    if you run 98 octane, you can push it to 14, but listen for pinging
