4ag and 4age are the same, the complete name is 4ageu for that model, its basicly a twin cam 16valve 1.6ltr.
4agze is a low compression supercharged version of the 1.6ltr
use the search function and or google it.
Hey,
im a bit rusty on toyota engines,
I know the 4ac came out stock on ADM sprinters. Just asfter what the common upgrades are for ADM sprinters, Like i hear all these names like 4ag,4age,4agze
But it basiclaly means nothing to me lol
anyone able to explain what cars these motors (and others are out of)
and the difference between all of them?
Basically what im personally looking to achieve is to find out what motors are avaliable to me that are a direct bolt in replacement (or with a few minor mods)
as im not up for cutting firewalls etc.
Thanks
