I want to make up some coilovers with RA60 struts, but i don't know if i have to change any other suspension parts...
any info would be good.

Don't use RA60 struts... They are designed for more KPI than the sprinter has resulting in positive camber. If you use the sigma control arms you may get off with -1 or 0 camber (I'm not too sure about this exactly though as I have never seen the result of these struts with sigma lca).
RA40 struts will result in better geometry with all the sprinter gear, they are good also because they have the larger stub axle (as does the RA60) that you can put decent brakes on (like supra).
If you choose to go either they will both bolt to your stock steering arm, you will need to run sprinter strut tops also.
I hope that this helps...
pffft posative camber my ass, we have done several sets of ra 60 stuff.
Advantages, bigger brakes ect
disadvantages, poorer steering response, but definately not posative camber
as a hint, we have all gone back to using the standard sprinter gear as gives best response, and done differant brake upgrades as we have needed..
and RA gear does NOT bolt to sprinter steering arms, this is where sprinter gear is better, you need ra steering arms as well.....
^^ this is strange as I have had coilovers that had been made from ra40 struts bolted onto my sprinter arms before... However I didn't make them so maybe they were modified in some way.
I have also seen ra60 struts made to coilovers in a car and it had the camber tops maxed out to create pretty much neutral camber... but maybe they were bent or something?anyway I retract that comment then as I haven't done it personally and you have personally made some with good results.
