Just make a template of the mirror or bring the plastic insert to Obrian or some other glass cutting shop, cost me $10.
Just wondering if the AE86 external rear vision mirror's are the same as other Corolla's the same age (just the glass bit) mine fell off when i was adjusting it the other day think the glue was a little old!!!!!

it shattered on the road as i was driving at the time!!
Get one from super cheap that slides on....plus there big and square so u can see the whole world behind u....they rock!!!

yea true that. once you have that you'll wonder how you ever lived without one. ive got one and it heaps easier to drive ( helps in looking out for cops behind you)

Heh, i got a in-car video of an AE86 in some hills.
His bonnet flipped up, hit the windscreen and knocked the mirror off and down onto the floor.
He had to look at the slight slit between the dashboard and the bonnet.
You can get them from Toyota, shouldn't cost much
I got one from a guy in England. From the packaging the Toyota GB part number for the left side is 01009-01007. This fits my ADM manual & USDM power mirror
Comes with instructions. Surely your friendly Toyota dealer can find it.
