Slave cyclinder vrs Exhaust Manifold

Have fitted my 4AGZE into my sprinter to find that SLave cyclinder connection to the hose collides with my exhaust manifold. Wondering what other people have done to avoid this problem?

Banjo fitting with braided line to resist the heat. Loop it over the exhaust to get away from the heat. Or find yourself a JDM bellhousing as they have the slave on the driver side. They're not easy or cheap to get though.

Either that or the MA60 slave has a right angle fitting already, but the steel braided line is a must, just watch where it rubs against the fire wall, it can cause some nasty damage!
