    Hey guys ive been tryin all morning to find out how mucha ca18det, sr20det and rb20det all weigh im just very interested and am getting kinda frustrated cause i cant find info on it, i tried googling it but to no avail lol anyways if anyone knows please do tell,

    oh and i do realise that this is the 86dc.com but i thought that someone may know, lol just thought id post that before some1 says that its not NS.com or somethin smart

    i'll try to get exact figures,

    but i know CA is lightest, followed by SR and the RB is much heavy then the other too, gimme a moment

    a turbo ca is about 10 kilo heavier than a 4age with its cast manifold

    Thanks MAT713 it'd be great if u could get those figures for me champ, so if a turbo ca is 10kgs heavier than 4ag then how much does the 4age weigh?

    it doesnt matter.

    i would only bother to think in realtive terms. youre not building a super GT car.

    any of the 4 cylinder engines you described can still create a balanced car when fitted to an 86.

    maybe i way off track here though, if so i am sorry.

    also the gearboxes will be heavier too
