Just pondering a hypothetical swap, I happen to like the look of the early KE70 front end, as opposed to the later AE71/KE70 front lights/panels, but it seems a lot easier to start a project with an AE71 (currently rising D1 tax notwithstanding).
Will the early panels interchange onto the later car?

i think i've heard something about radiator support and front beaver panel being different, not 100% sure but definately do your research before you start. could be expensive as well

    bonnet
    headlights
    grill
    front guards
    side repeaters (maybe)

    Ok, no worries.
That seems like a lot of panels, but I can't see them being more expensive than all the AE71 bits to fit a 4A into a KE70 though.

I'd be happy to just use the aussie single light setup, but those twin lights look pretty cool!
