Dont know of ant in Aus, but you could get one off these guys. They post to australia.
Only 50mm or 75mm available though.
Note: This are boss extenders. You will still need a boss. I have one and they are tops.
PM Sir "StockAE86" he got one of the 100mm boss kits not so long ago, could prolly point you in the right direction.
oh and my boss kit and extender have mve my steering wheel out 180mm and my wheel is dished also, makes the car feel even better!
