Anything like a polo shirt?
I got some polos embroided for about $29 each inc supply of polo shits not long ago...

I have been thinking of making a short production run of hi quality AE86 shirts.
There will be NO printing on these.
Only embroided badges.
The badges will also be a one off. Made only for these shirts.
The shirts will probably come in a mid grey colour.
The style will be a collared short sleave fitted button up shirt. Think african safari stylezbut grey.
I dunno if anyone will be keen. These shirts will probably cost a fair bit more than the junk you get on ebay.
Rough estimates are about $80/shirt.
Anyway, show me some interest and I will have a closer look at costs and designs.

Nah, not like a polo shirt.
The material will not be stretchy.
More like a thicker denim/cargo pant type material
The badges will be a sow-on type, similar to race suites.

i know the material you are talking about too, its nice stuff
If they really are the high quality heavy material I think you are talking about and they don't have the pre-torn tattered look, I'd be in for about that price.

if you want a company logo on them, (AJPS, shamrock, etc.) you will have to pay for production of the badges yourselves. Think back to marketting school.

I am really only wanting to make a limited run... probably 20 Australia wide, MAX.
These will become well sought after items (like the old driving club jackets).
are they cotton? hate the feeling of acrylics.. if cotton, i'd be in for 2..
why does TRD etc get free signage? they are just another company.....
im happy to produce the badges myself tho
the material is the heavy weight thick cotton stuff
