20v cam timing

on the intake cam gear on a SVT 20v, there are 2 marks. which one should be at top when piston #1 is at top dead centre?


tried starting car today and was spitting fire tru the throttle

same color. figured it out now.

there are 2 marks on each cam gear. one mark should be align to the top, while the other mark should be align with the mark on the other cam gear when piston 1 is at TDC
