do what people above said, if the fork isnt moving simple its a master or slave cylinder,
if the fork is moving but clutch isnt engaging thats more of a hassle, the clips could have popped off the throw out bearing and the fork is just swinging around in the bell housing,
this happened to me once, replaced a clutch bolted it all back up, went to put my foot on the pedal and popped the clips off, had to do it all over again
