    search and you shall find.........
but anyway, there are circular clips at the end, just push the trim back and get a flat head screwdriver down the gap at the end of the winder and push (the right way).
u'll know what i mean when u look

screw driver might damage it, the plastic can get rather soft..

what i did (looking through the access hole) is unbolt the two 10 mm bolts, reach in, (still looking through access hole) Reach in and use two fingers on the plastic clip, and press it out with my thumb (the metal bar from it) and then it just slides right on out, once, it's undone the metal bar will drop down, allowing you to jiggle the actaul handle out from the door!

    and voula.

make sure not to damage anything, because those pieces are rather expensive!

bascially the rod pushes in, and then a plastic clip rotates onto it, just push the plastic clip away from the rod, then pull the rod off the handle... its easy as.

what are you guys talking about, they come out sooo easy....

they are designed only to go one way....so push that way... i havent broken one yet :\

they are usually pink or yellow...connect the mechanism to the lock/handles/latch

yeah... one section clips off of the metal rod, you swivel it around about 90 degrees and pull the rod out.

you can get these clips off of most jap cars, they use a similar design.
