i have alot at home.. but i'll start with the ones here at work..
13103-16131 - toyota genuine ceramic coated semi forged GZE pistons .5mm o/s 8.9cr..
GZE/100kw bottom end bearings..
mains - 5M1695 (std or your o/s)
big ends - 4B1780 (std or your o/s)
GZE piston rings (only GZE) - C1741 (then what ever o/s)
yep mostly usa, but no harm in taking sum numbers to the local toyota spare parts
blood child - & alot of cash too
