    hey how r use all going im alex ive wanted a 86 for a while now n the other day i found 1 in the trading post (most people should no what that is) and i called i was supposed 2 go look at it after work but some1 had put a deposit down already so that was bad luck but i am looking 2 buy 1 in fair condition but not 2 expensive i am only 17 so i will b learning how 2 drive and learning how 2 d other things in it to in a safe industrial area somewhere ofcourse i live in melbourne dandenong 2 b exact and i hope 2 get 2 no all of u in the near future

    If you want to buy an ae86 check in the cars for sale section. There are some pretty good ones there. And you know they work well cause they are sold by people in the Forum.

    thanks man i had a look but tere either 2much or there in like brisbane or sumwhere far im from melbourne so i want 2 find 1 close i dnt want to travel around aus. 4 my first car if u no what i mean

    It will take a while to find a good one, almost took me 1yr before i got mine, although now sprinters seem to be coming up for sale alot so it shouldnt be to hard to find one

    i hope not i want to get out and driving i was thinking of getting a vlturbo yes yes i no its a commodore but i like the way they souind and go anyway my bro has a celica supra the 1 in the pik and his frend sed yeah u can get a vl but he goes its quick in a line but how is it with handeling and taking corners?i no 86s dont have the best handeling but im sure it would b better than a vl so i decided 2 buy a celica supra or a 86 but since my bro has a supra ill get the 86 i guesse

    Then buy an ae71 if you're only learning don't write off another sprinter. Also this is a forum not an SMS.

    hey mate, how are ya.. the beauty of the AE86.. a few thought out simple mods to the suspension will make it handle like it's on rails.. simple things like whiteline swaybars, springs and shocks.. even with stocko 13's will have you out cornering much more than a simalarly modded VL..

    exactly 1 i want a 86 and there not sus to cops if they are stock, i am planning 2 keep the engine kind of stock but i will do suspension work n things like that
