    When changing camshafts, are there any parts that need to be, or are highly recommended to be changed? ie valves/ springs etc? The head gasket would be changed at the same time, so this, as well as other normal things (fluids. gaskets, basic service really,) will also be done.

    valve stem seels would be good to do while its apart.

    while u doing camshafts if u got a bit of extra cash yeh do springs, valves, shims, & y not cam gears plus all the seals & mayb get it ported........ alot money involved
