I have a 4agte with stock injectors and standard GZE computer.
Makes about 155rwkw before it starts to lean out.
Also if you are going for 200rwkw, use somthing bigger than 7mgte injectors.

export jza80 2jz injectors, 530cc
Yerp or series 5 rx7. 550cc but not an ideal spray pattern (meh).
As far as ECU goes. Find a tuner with a good reputation/skill then use what they are good at tuning/reccomend. With big injectors like that on a gze you would want sequential firing.
