i saw it with own eyes. oficers were booking a comodore driver just before the toll booth. they were both in uniforum, and the accord had blue and red flashing lights that were turned on and flashing fitted behind the grill.

that aswell as your input in tech, which seemingly comes from ZERO real world experiance.
