won't take that much work.. 7M-GTE are a good motor.. but quite old school.. and heavy... reason i said 3SGTE is the same reson why people put SR20's into ceffiys (hey Nathan) good weight balance.. newish motor.. quite cheap to come buy... about $1900 for a Gen 2 3SGTE... ST185 celica GT4.. basicly you need to find a SA63 at the wreckers... steel the W-5X - S series bellhousing.. and or box if you wanted it.. sump and oil pickup from the 2S.. mounts.. and cross member.. basically bolt in.. same floor pan.. plus they have big brakes and a big F series diff with IRS..
