What Springs for the ae86

hey there

newbi with my toyotas.. however quick question..
for the ae86 .. i want to lower it a fair bit ..
what do you guys suggest to get ? what springs ?
i heard you can mix and match.. but i have no idea what..
im on lowered springs atm but its not low enough.. ( want gaurds just above tires)
any info would help thanks.. this is the aus spec..
