    That's pretty much it matty.

But all retrofit hid kits are illegal anyway, so I just got low beam h4's.

Thanks for the info guys! you've been a great help

What brand did u buy for yours monkeymajik? because my friends and I are thinking about 'Super Power', which the guy'll sell to use for a little over $200. But I'm a bit concerned about durability issues of this, being so cheap, so deciding about whether I'm gonna save up for better ones or not?

Also, I've been told that Sun Auto HIDs are the best. Any opinions?

The downside to these are they dont include relays. They do have the cutt-off cover thing built in though.

    got them for $350

Sam_Q bought a set off ebay for a similar price to the Super Powers (might have even been them) and he is very happy with them. I'm not sure about durability of any of the brands. I think all HID bulbs last much longer than halogens. It seems to depends more on the quality of the ballasts.

yes the sprinter reflectors are such that they throw light everywhere. I have HIDs and they are useless because I have to face them directly at the road so I dont get high beamed.

6500K is pure white and henceforth in my opinion optimum.

I dont get something even if they draw more on startup who cares? why do you need a relay?

Oh bugger, i thought you liked them.

Aparently it will damage your wiring over time, or so I've been reading. Especially in older cars.
