ECU Supply/install recommendations

Hi All,

As per usual, I am fast running out of time to have my car finished before my next event, and will need someone to supply/install an ecu into my car. The car is currently running, Im just doing a few more mods and its gone a bit beyond the standard ECU.

Does anyone have any recommendations in Sydney that can do the job relatively cheaply? I probably dont need all the functions of a Motec or Autronic, but I would like to have something functional in the car now that I'm installing ITB's on my 16v 4AGE.

I dont think it is too hard a job, I just dont have time!

While we are on the subject, what do people think of the different ECU's out there?

i can recomend an adaptronic... unsure who deals with them in sydney though.. i run one on my quad inducted 16V..

If you want something done cheaply I would not recomment JEM or anyone for that matter.

adaptronic would set you back around $1400-1500 fitted and tuned.. price varies.. but thats what my mate does them for..

Go 2 JEM n no1 but JEM if ur in Syd... his work is neat n his tune is awesum.. he's reliable too- he'll get u sufficient power but not push ur car to the point wer a shit batch of fuel will lean it out n blow it up lol
