hey man nice lookin conversion...im getting my 86 sprayed next week and am planning on fitting a 4agze as well..is your one from a rwd car or fwd? either way, did you use the same engine mounts that were on the 4ac or did you get different ones? Also what are you gonna do about the water and oil hoses if its from a fwd?

good luck with it and let us know how it goes when you're done

hey man.. im kinda a noob and only know about the basic stuff(what i read off the net)
i bought then engine that was already modified into an 86.. so all i kinda had to do was just to
pop it in(which took me and my friends around 10hours)..

we took the 4ac out first and then tried to put the 4agze in and try making it fit into the gearbox but it didnt seem to want to go in no matter how much we tried moving it around..
so we took the tailshaft and gearbox out and mount the engine first then fit the gearbox onto the flywheel..

the mounts and stuff were all done for me already.. i just had to upgrade my fuel system
which im doin atm and wire it up..

    cheers
    tu
