How to fix window glass seating

Hey, guys

I was wondering if anyone knows how to properly put the window back on it bracket thats holds it to make it move up and down.
Its has come off apart from the rubber from its holding bracket, I have fixed it already but came apart again, do i need to glue it in ? also wha glue would it be if i needed to ?

I reckon you would need to glue it if it is the bottom rail. Any old glue should do as long as it's strong enough! I'm not sure what the proper glue is that they use but it might be worth giving obriens or some such place a ring! Cos if it is a special glue they use then it will cost you more to get the window replaced if it gets broken!

I duct tapes mine in place...hasn't come loose yet and the tape is low enough that even with the window up the tape is not visible
