middle cam cover

as the title says basically.

Apparently i need a cam cover on my car, i got the bottom one with my motor but not the top two.
tryed to put em on yesterday, and it looks like i have to take the belt off the water pump pulley to be able to get it on. i put the top one on but i think to get it passed for mod plate ill need the middle as weel.

This is a AW motor too so it has that bloody needle over the tensioner bolt...

anyone got any clue how to get it on without taking that belt off?
and if i do have to take it off, how?
