How to remove fluffy carpet stuff?

Just wanted to know how I can remove that fluffy carpet stuff you find underneath the original carpet?
When I took the carpet off some of it came off but theres still some stuck to the floor
Any suggestions?

do not use a lighter, that shit for some reason is bullshit flammable, i did it in my ke70 i was sitting on it and light a corner, nearly toasted my nuts hardcore, funny as fuck though watching a grown man scream trying to run away from flames with all the doors closed, open said doors and escape post haste!!!
