The first one I'm uncertain of...I'm guessing its the kind form Hibino's D1 AE86, but dunno the brand of the kit.
The second one is Running Free front bar.
I'll get back to ya about the first one if i can find the info.
ALSO...that's a "letterbox" grill, with foglights behind them. They are genuine Toyota options for the Levin.

That second one looks like a more aggresive version of the Origin Lab kit.
You could mod the origin kit a little, more angled intake lines, and larger front lip.
If you really wanted to get that look and cant find the kit.
Thats just a first glance look though! might be a lil to hard!

From what I can find, the first is an original design for Hbino's car. So I think its from Sunrise, as its his own shop

Im pretty keen on either of them...
Sunrise front bar in the first pic, has just had the "sunrise" filled, which is why between the indicators it doesn't look terribly straight.
Second one is a run free kit. It's the actually the run free hachi, but someone has chopped it. See below for orig(I gather all of you would have seen this pic though):
