No, Sprinters don't share a diff with any other ADM car as far as I know.
A second hand axle and/or centre should be extremely cheap (I've thrown many out). But if you want to upgrade, look into what diffs suit. Plus research before asking.

i have just broken my rear axel on my 86and in need of a replacement, i was wondering that if the rear wheel drive corollas of near the same year had the same diffs and axels or if anyone new of anything that could use. any help would be apriciated

Ironically I think a T18 axle would fit, if you changed wheel bearing and possibly backing plate.
However it's not worth doing that, just get a sprinter axle.
