doesnt suprise me at all. The factory trumpets all have heavily cheated bends at their flanges. In other words where the air goes from the trumpets to the throttles have a shocking bend that would cause massive air turbulence and also mess with the intake resonance

yeah stock trumpets r shit, im going to buy some i think i worked it out to be 50mm alloy trumpets and just use stockings as filters lol

ok small update, im doing some more work on the car this arvo, just little fiddly shit, atm im bleeding the brakes and the clutch

the car goes to get wiring done tuesday night so it will get there wednesday and hopefully it will be done the following wednesday and ill be able to drive it, so exited, i should be making my first track day/night at archerfield on friday the 14th of december, i dont think the car is going to prform as well as i want it to due to not having very good suspension setup, (stock swaybars, standard stroke front shocks (non adj) and unknown spring rates in the front and rear) but ill see how a go and work out where i need to change things and what things need changing first

but yeah will be stoked as to drive it again

dunno bout tuesday now, had to pull box out this morning as i have a clutch problem, it seems i have the wrong clutch fork, need to get onto jase to get me another one , im fuckin so pissed off right now fuck i hate setbacks, i just wanna fuckin drive this POS

got it done this arvo on my garage floor... everything is ready to go for tomorrow arvo, should hopefully be up and running in under 2 weeks depending on how bill goes wiring it and doing what else needs to be done
