Lift - Measure with verniers across the base circle (smallest part) then measure biggest part (from lobe tip to other side of the cam). The difference is your lift. You may be able to do this with them still installed.
Duration - harder to do. Mount a dial gauge so it's reading vertically off the cam lobe. Mount a degree wheel to the crank. Rotate crank and measure degrees of crank rotation between cam starting to ramp up (opening valve) and cam returning to original position (closing valve).
It's often more useful to look at duration above 0.050" valve opening.
