    Hey guys ,
    I can't seem to get yes or no answer, I was wondering if petrol Foot scooters legal in QLD to ride of foot paths ?

    Your not even allowed to ride bikes on a foot path. hence why its called a foot path.
    so no it wont be legal to ride on a foor path.

    you can ride em on the road as long as they are under 50cc's and you have helmet in NSW, send an email to the police dep

    Under 49cc can be riddin on roads that do not contain islands in QLD from memory.
