The ring doesnt actually mean anything, its a just a fasionable trend that is very popular with the younger drivers in Japan. They come from the hand rails in the japanese trains..
The ultimate point is to have your car low enough so that the ring scrapes the ground.
that would explain the use of that size ring and the strap. they just nick the whole thing. Hahahaha

going to pick up my wheels tonight, got a bit of work to do on them. i've hit a massive brick wall with my front coilovers , rear sus is all go, so i'm hoping everything will sort out alright. cant forget the exhausts, they are taken care of
