chances are you have a stock 4agze like me.. and they are fun.. but yeah more power is also better for the cool factor.

I agree with getting a NEVO kit first..

because going from 90RWKW to 160 is going to be like going from driving a desel gemmy to a 180.. there its allot of power and unless you progress upto it and can drive it well.. you'll just be wasting your money...

The setup is ins an AE86 I presume??
Well, you could do many things to get that power figure, but I dont think that you will get 160kw at the wheels from a standard blower setup.
This is what I did to my 4AGTE setup:
    - Custom Manifold
    - Custom Pipework
    - T25G Turbo (from 300zx)
    - Microtech MTX8
    - FMIC
    - Exhaust
    - Ported 86kw Inlet Manifold
    - 86kw Bigport Head
This setup with a 4AGZE bottom end made 120kw or so on 9psi. Now bear in mind the turbo was maybe a bit too small for my application, and was second hand and 180,000kms old. A bigger turbo would cure this problem, especially if it was of a ball bearing variety. It all depends on how much money you have to spend too. But I could have had a 160kw at the wheels power figure if I had changed the turbo for a larger...say..Garrett T28BB Turbo or equivalent.
Also, there are so many different ways that you could do it, but this is just what I did on my car.
    Hope this helps

i got told sum where along the line that the pulley kit would raise the boost from 5 psi to 11-14psi how much power would i expect to see?

i dont even no what its puttin out now or what sorta tune its got and all that but if i end up gettin the pulley kit would i have to get it tuned properly on a dyno?

    I'm building a 4AGTE at the mo.

I'm using a Subaru TD04L turbs on a custom manifold.

450x300x76mm core cooler, Microtech Gigi 2 Pro (old school) ECU.

I'm using a GZE bottom end with a bigport GE head with a RWD manifold and TVIS plate removed.
