six cars would need like six tilt trays wouldn't they?? Cos surely they wouldn't have had time to make round trips!! How many tilt trays can there be in one state? Seems to me that someone should check up on the trucks and eventually they are going to find a group close together or all hired on the same day or something!! I remember once that they were using a big semi car hauler and loading it up with nicked cars and skipping the state!! Surely this theft is too big to be kept secret!! I mean theives are cunning but there is a reason why they don't have jobs!! Something this big they must have slipped up somewhere!!
So when they get caught someone needs to take careful note of who was involved to help in the future cos a gang this organised will do it again.

I'd shudder to think what the premium would be on any of those cars for full comp (or even jsut third party, fire and theft). And that is if anyone would insure them, probably only Shannons and a few of the other specialists.

Plus if the owners had any sort of driving history it'd get worse fast.

Sucks to hear, and yes, I hope something this big can't slip under the radar for long.

It's really a lesson from everyone jobs like this wouldn't ever happen if people didn't buy hot car parts, When ever you buy stolen goods you are supporting theiving scum like the guys who pulled this off.

This will have a huge effect on the local industry I'm sure Bel owes people money for work done and won't have anyways to pay for it so it will have a ripple effect though out all those who deal with Bel which inturn will effect us all as it means local workshops suppliers etc will have to absorb these costs and inturn we will have to pay more for good services etc.

I hope the cops find these guys What is this world coming to?

you all say itd be expensive, if you cant afford the insurance... you cant afford the car... and besides with the cost of those cars... they could afford the insurance.
