how many rwkw could a t-18 diff safely handle?
It has been said for a time now, as a general rule of thumb, the T50 gearbox or T series diff will take about 200hp. Which is about 150kw. Which is about 100rwkw.
But they can take a fair bit more than that. It all depends on driving style. The T series diff can last a long time, even with turbo. Mostly it depends if the center is locked or not, and how you drive. Many turbo owners use the T series for a fair while, but then go to a HiLux diff.
it can also handle a lot less depending on its age and how its been used. There is no one solid answer for your question

I would happily put 150rwkw through a T50 and T series...
... IF I drove nicely. You can make life easy for your diff and box. You can also drive in a manner that will kill the driveline with a 4AC.
No straight answer for your question, though I also think Johnny's suggestions are a bit conservative.
