As it's a render, things are still to change and be modified.

Stuff like the interior and huge rims etc will be the first to go before it goes to production...

Yep, electrics can be pretty awesome, 100% torque from 0rpm! - But not some half arsed petrol/electric inbetween thing - I cant see it having a serious future, its more to try get consumers used to alternative fuels without having to take a big step away from petrol!

Yeah I agree with you there...think that biofuels will prob be the easiest path. No change to infrastructure, clean burn and a renewable resource. Queensland might be the new Saudi Arabia if sugarcane is the next big thang...

it is faster with the hybrid/petrol combo. you get the best of both worlds performance like a v8 fuel economy of a 4 cyl. it would be slower with just the 3.5 v6 petrol on its own than the both in there....

I like the look of it a lot....have to see it in the flesh I guess first.
Driving wise, with a 0-100 time like that it can't be too cumbersome...

Toyota prolly already have a production line ready for all situations.

But I reckon that looks pretty cool.

But it'd be nicer to see a lightweight rwd sprinter equivilent, a Mk5 supra... and so on.

    It's intersting. I'd rock one.
But yes, something with a 200+hp version of the 2zz, FR and as close to 1000kg as possible with all safety shit that ADR say they need would be better: P
