inlet manifold for 4agte

just a quick qustion, i have a 4agze that is all most turbo and i wont to know what is the inlet manifold that is used to convert, 88kw or 100kw?

If you have a smallport head use cut n shut 100kw

If you have a bigport head, either cut n shut 88kw, or RWD JDM.
