yep I've bought stuff from Up Garage. They are pretty expensive compared to buying off Yahoo Auctions. AFAIK Up Garage doesn't ship at all, let alone overseas.

To import off Yahoo japan, you need to seek a Importer with a import license.
They then have contacts in Japan, where you specify the car, they relay to their middle man in Japan what you want, who aligns the purchase, and ships it for the Aus importer, then after a whole lot of paperwork, and alot of running around, and some yen, it's done, car is on it's way to australia. To be complied, then probably to be crashed.
