Sprinters need fairly long boss kits just to clear the indicators. So I'd lean toward the long side of things.
Beyond that it's personal preference. I'm 6'5" so have a long boss and massive spacer. If you're 5'4" then it's a different story.

im in the market for a boss kit in the next couple of weeks and i was wondering what size is best.
are there any sizes that dont fit or are too short or are longer kits better than shorter ones?
im not real sure and dont know much bout boss kits and theres nothing on them in the tech articles so im askin u guys

about 20 to 30mm longer that the most common length is good for a sprinter for the reasons Hen said
