dose it come with line from clutch master to slave?
No sorry you could just bend you standard one to shape required, or have a shorter section made up which I did cost about $4 from ABS and can be shaped by hand.

Im unsure of who made the belhousing, it is the billsherwood type.
Im selling because money is tight atm and I have an adaptor plate to use instead.
