ive been ringing david from ajps for about a week now and all i get is the answering machine. and i sent him a message about a week ago as well and that hasn't been replied yet.
man hes running his own business.. things get busy and he can forget easily. hes got bigger things on his mind like accounts and stuff like that, so he doesnt have time to worry about one person. i know its fustrating for you but can you see where im coming from?? he might be on holidays. who knows?
i dont no where u learnt about business but the customer is everything... you cant get business without customers, and if u treat them like shit they will never come back ( unless its some wicked cool niche market). if he doesnt have time to worry about one customer, then wouldnt that appeal to all customers? since 90% of his customers would be single person dealings?

im sure, ill get in contact with him tomorrow/soon maybe he's just been really busy and couldnt keep up with the load, and had to sacrifise a few things.

Do you run a business? Sometimes you just need a break, if you dont you will burnout, sometimes resulting in close of business. The way the world is at the moment, you look after yourself before anyone else. Theres always going to be other customers if you offer a good product. Sure customer service is really important but isnt the end all.
